Benkorp CMA Conference Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to the Benkorp CMA Conference Competition. By participating in this competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
2. Eligibility 2.1. The competition is open to all attendees of the CMA Conference aged 18 years or older. 2.2. Employees of Benkorp Management Services Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter 3.1. To enter the competition, attendees must fill out the provided entry form with accurate personal details. 3.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period 4.1. The competition begins on Tuesday 28th May 20204 and ends on 29th May 2024 4.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Prize 5.1. The prize is a Benkorp Hamper. 5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. 6.2. The draw will take place on 31st May 2024. 6.3. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form within 7 days of the draw. 6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, Benkorp reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Use of Personal Information 7.1. By entering the competition, you consent to Benkorp collecting, storing, and using your personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes. 7.2. Your details will be added to our marketing list, and you may be contacted by Benkorp in the future with information about our services, promotions, and events. 7.3. You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our communications.
8. General Conditions 8.1. Benkorp reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. 8.2. Benkorp is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect participation in the competition. 8.3. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, Benkorp’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
9. Liability 9.1. To the extent permitted by law, Benkorp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this competition or the use of the prize.
10. Governing Law 10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
