The Uniting Church Administration Package [UCAP] has been developed jointly by Uniting Resources of the Uniting Church NSW and Benkorp Management Services.

UCAP is designed to support Congregations and Presbyteries:

checkedbx Reporting to the Congregation

checkedbx Reporting to the Synod (UR1)

Sometimes, church treasures and administrators feel like they are out on their own. Using UCAP from Benkorp means working with Christian business people who understand the Church and how demanding are the responsibilities especially for volunteers.

Your congregation can relieve the stress of your Treasurer, about setting-up and maintaining the church accounts, by using UCAP.

** Hello, to all UCAP users, old and new **

This is a special edition to introduce the new generation MYOB

  • There are a lot of changes around UCAP and MYOB this new year season. The Benkorp team and Uniting Resources are pleased to present these for you and your Congregation.
  • The UCAP User Manual for this release of MYOB is ALL NEW. Benkorp has updated all the procedures and screen shots in the Manual and the Manual includes a special Introductory Feature on “how to do the new upgrade for the all new MYOB”.
  • MYOB has just released their “new generation” version of MYOB. The old software programs have been dumped and the new program is in SQL .NET. For the ‘non technical’ people it simply means that MYOB has been completely rewritten for the new PC operating systems.
  • So, please check the Download section of this UCAP website and download any or all of the new systems and documentation for you and your Congregation. We have also added an Online Order Form to make it easier for you to order directly.
